Questions about home eye tests, NHS eligibility, or a care home contract? Call, email, or prepare an email enquiry. Review and send the draft through your email app so the practice can respond.
Before You Call
- Not sure if you or a loved one qualifies for a free NHS home eye test? See our NHS Eligibility guide.
- Managing a care home and want a block contract quote? See our Care Homes page or request the printable info pack.
- Broken or damaged glasses? Call to discuss the problem, current repair options, availability and any charges.
Help us route your enquiry
Include the town, whether the enquiry is for a home, a care home or glasses, and the best person to contact. An initial message does not need medical records or a resident list.
If you prepare an online draft, review and send it in your own email app. Keep a copy and contact the practice by phone if you need to confirm it has been received; the website does not reserve an appointment.
Contact measurement preferences
We count uses of our call and email links by broad page category. Opening the email link for a prepared draft is counted separately. These counts do not show whether a call was answered, an email was sent or a home test was booked.
The contact-event record does not include your name, contact details, draft, health information, IP address or page address. Hosting security systems process requests separately. Your call or email app works normally whichever preference you choose.
We respect supported Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control signals. You can also stop this measurement below. Your browser saves only that preference; if preference storage is blocked, contact measurement stays off on the page.
JavaScript is needed to change this preference. Contact measurement does not run without JavaScript.
This control affects contact measurement only. Our existing Cloudflare visitor report is separate.
