You ARE eligible if:

You're a care home resident
You're housebound (unable to leave home unaccompanied due to physical or mental illness/disability)
You receive Pension Credit Guarantee Credit
You receive Income Support or income-based JSA
You're registered blind or partially sighted
You have diabetes or glaucoma
You're aged 60+
You're under 16 (or under 19 in full-time education)

Not eligible for NHS? No problem.

Private home eye tests are available from £95-120 depending on location in Essex. Everyone deserves good eye care — whether NHS-funded or private.
